Semi Rigid by Jetta-Windstar Semi Rigid by Jetta-Windstar
A close up of the large semi rigid rotor system on a fire fighting helicopter that sometimes visits the airport I go to regularly.

Unfortunately the pictures I have of this one aren't that superb because I took them on my Android, but hey it works...

Definitely know what you mean, there is some real beauty in the details of these machines. Some engineers really love their jobs.

indeed. It's always interesting look at the different designs. That particular chopper had the largest semi rigid rotor system I've ever seen oO.
